I take care of a wide range of home repair and maintenance tasks. Everything from drywall repair, painting, and trim installation to flooring, pressure washing, and general handyman work. If it’s on your to-do list, I can probably handle it.
Do you charge by the hour or by the job?
It depends on the project. Smaller jobs may be billed hourly, while larger projects are quoted at a flat rate so you know the total cost up front. Either way, I’ll always provide clear pricing before starting.
What are your rates?
Rates vary depending on the type and size of the job.
• Smaller jobs (under 2 hours): I may use an hourly rate—usually for quick fixes or punch-list items.
• Mid-size or specialty jobs: I’ll typically provide a flat rate. That way, clients know exactly what to expect with no surprise costs.
• Larger projects or multi-service visits: I offer bundled pricing or day rates, which often saves clients money and lets me knock out a bunch of tasks in one visit.
At the end of the day, I aim to be transparent, fair, and always provide value—whether it’s a 30-minute fix or a full day’s work.

Do I need to provide the materials, or do you handle that?
I can do either. Many clients prefer that I purchase and bring the right materials, but if you’d like to supply your own, that’s fine too.
How soon can you start?
Scheduling depends on current workload, but I do my best to fit clients in quickly. For urgent needs, I try to prioritize so small jobs don’t wait too long.
What types of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, check, and most digital payment apps (like Zelle or Venmo). Payment options are flexible and convenient.
