A & C, A TO Z, LLC (“we,” “us”) runs this website and answers the phone number on it. This policy explains what information we collect through the website and our phone line, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English on purpose.
Ashley Your Handyman is a trade name of A & C, A TO Z, LLC.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill out the contact form, email us or call, we receive what you share — typically your name, phone number, email address, the kind of work you need and your message.
- Calls. When you call our business number, we keep a record of the call: your phone number, the time, how long it lasted and whether it was answered. We do not record phone conversations.
- Automatic information. Like nearly every website, the service that hosts this one logs basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited, used for security and to keep the site working.
- How you arrived. If a link brought you here with a campaign tag, or from another website, your browser remembers that for the length of your visit and sends it to us only if you submit the contact form. It disappears when you close the tab. No cookie and no identifier is set.
How we use information
- To respond to you — return your call, answer your question, give you an estimate.
- To do the work you ask for and keep a record of it.
- To keep this website and our systems secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks.
When we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business — the company that builds and hosts this website (Atlas9), our telephone provider, and the service that processes the contact form and delivers it to us by email. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
To display this page your browser may load fonts or a map from Google, and a spam check from Cloudflare when the contact form is used. Those providers see your IP address and the page you are on, as they would on any website that uses them.
Retention and security
We keep records only as long as we need them to serve you and run the business, and we protect them with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we treat your contact information the way we would want ours treated.
Your choices
- Ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it — email ashley@ashleyyourhandyman.com and we will take care of it.
Children
This website and our services are for homeowners and businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update it here with a new effective date.
